*       to the south of the Worship Centre (enter from Austral Street).  For the benefit of newcomers and visitors please fill the other car parking areas first.

*       to the east of the Ministry Centre (enter from Grand Junction Road)

*       to the north of the Worship Centre, including the tennis courts (enter from Pegasi Avenue)

 

Additional car parking is permitted at the Shopping Centre on Grand Junction Road to the east of our property.  To minimise traffic congestion please do not park in Austral Street.

Greetings from the Bali Church -

 

The Widhya Asih Foundation began in 1975, and is a foundation for Orphanages and the care of poor children.  The foundation sends Easter Blessings to Hope Valley.  The greeting is pinned on the World Mission Noticeboard.  There are orphanages in Denpasar, Blimbingsari, Singaraja, Untal-Untal,

Melaya, Bangli and Amplapura. 

Our Bali visitor, Ni Nyoman Tri Budiasih manages the orphanage in Melaya.

Walkers are invited to a moderate

2 hour walk along the Pioneer Women’s Trail in the Verdun/Bridgewater area

 

*         on 30 March

*         leaving from the Church carpark at 12 noon

*         take lunch to eat before the walk

*         remember water to carry

*         carpooling, so your own vehicle is not essential


The loose offering on Good Friday will support the annual UCA Lenten Appeal.  This year’s projects are:

*       Serving the Poor Foundation Organisation
in Cambodia

*       Health Care support in East Timor

*       Kalparrin Aboriginal Community near
